FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most students need 4-8 weeks of dedicated study time. However, this varies based on your nursing program preparation and individual needs. We'll help you create a personalized timeline during your tutoring sessions.

  • The NCLEX uses Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT), so there's no fixed passing score. The exam evaluates your competency level against the passing standard. Focus on mastering the content rather than targeting a specific score.

  • The NCLEX-RN® has a minimum of 75 questions and a maximum of 145 questions (as of 2023 changes). The number you receive depends on how well your answers demonstrate competency.

  • You can retake the exam after waiting 45 days. Many successful nurses didn't pass on their first attempt. If this happens, we'll work together to identify weak areas and create a stronger study plan.
